EasySCP 2.0.0 Released

We are excited to announce the release of EasySCP 2.0.0 Build 20160821.

Some of the new features in this version are:

Add: IPv6 Support
Add: SSL Support
Add: Dovecot Support
Add: EasySCP Daemon
Add: Web based installer
Update: jQuery to version 1.12.4
Update: phpMyAdmin to version 4.0.10.17
Update: Roundcube to version 1.0.9

Update: PHP 5.6 support

If you have Build 20160122 or newer installed, you only need

service easyscp_control stop
service easyscp_daemon stop

unpack the new archive, change into it and then make for eq Debian

make -f Makefile.Debian install
yes | cp -pR /tmp/easyscp/* /

Hi !
I have EasySCP 2.0.0 build 20160122 installed and working and I try to update to august version of EasySCP .I follow the steps explain from ShadowJumper on 21 august ac,but when I logged in CP the message "New EasySCP update is now avalable" does not dissapear , and the logo (left bottom) ,show me the old version.Seems to be another few steps , should be run another script from browser (x.y.z.w./admin/easyscp_updates.php page) or from command line on Debian. I have Debian 8 distribution.Thank you.

Hi,

if you manually update/upgrade, currently it does not update your version/build number. You can change them after update in "/etc/easyscp/EasySCP_Config.xml" and "/etc/easyscp/easyscp.conf".

In the next release, there will be a script to doo all needed steps automaticily.

currently I have installed EasySCP 2.0.0, build: 20140413.
I would like to have EasySCP 2.0.0 Build 20160821 installed.
What steps are necessary to perform the upgrade?
Is there an update script?

Is the entry 'EasySCP 2.0.x Archive' in the database always the version 'EasySCP 2.0.0 Build 20160821'?

Maybe i will try to update my 'EasySCP 2.0.0 RC Build 20160122' cause of updating to EasySCP2.0.2 and PHP5.6 after.

I think on Ubuntu14.04 i need ....

Hi,

yes, the file in the archive is "EasySCP 2.0.0 Build 20160821". So you can do this steps to update to 2.0.0 Final first, then you can use the new update system to upgrade to 2.0.2.
