    • Postfix problem Migrating Easyscp from one machine to another

      Hello Guys,

I have a "small" problem, I just moved easyscp with the database, linux users and everything manually from one server to another, everything is working fine except the mailserver, I can send mails, but receiving does not work.

I tried almost everything out change recipient restrictions and and and... Im working already about 12hours to try to fix the mailserver.

At startup of postfix I notice this warning:
Starting Postfix Mail Transport Agent: postfixpostconf: warning: /etc/postfix/master.cf: unused parameter: smtpd_override_options=no_address_mappings
postconf: warning: /etc/postfix/master.cf: unused parameter: smtpd_override_options=no_address_mappings

But it should nothing have todo with the problem.

In the mail.info I got the following:
      Mar 8 00:56:11 paragonroot postfix/smtpd[27104]: connect from dub0-omc2-s22.dub0.hotmail.com[157.55.1.161]
      Mar 8 00:56:11 paragonroot postfix/smtpd[27104]: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from dub0-omc2-s22.dub0.hotmail.com[157.55.1.161]: 554 5.7.1 <lukas@kremsmayr.net>: Relay access denied; from=<lukas810@hotmail.com> to=<lukas@kremsmayr.net> proto=ESMTP helo=<dub0-omc2-s22.dub0.hotmail.com>
      Mar 8 00:56:11 paragonroot postfix/smtpd[27104]: disconnect from dub0-omc2-s22.dub0.hotmail.com[157.55.1.161]

I have no clue anymore what todo, would be very nice if you can help me out here :).

I also imported the courier, changed the Ips in the files...

That is the main.cf file (everything is the same as in the old system).

    • I didn't spent so much care to this message, because it can't really be the cause for the other one, I just mentioned it, maybe it is just a bug or something that it get not used or something.

I don't really have any clue what to do now, the mailserver is very very important for us, and now all mails get lost :/.
    • Thanks for the link, i commeted it already out, but it didn't help anything (restart reload after it ofc).

Is it possible that you come online some seconds in ICQ?

The real problem is that no mails can be received:

      1. In the mail.info I got the following:

I have to say, easyscp is one of the best Projects I ever saw, and I really appriciate all your work, I also develope some bigger open-source Project in another part of Informatics, I know what it means to help other people fixing their problems and putting effort in the whole code, it is very nice to have such guys like you ;).

    • Hi Guys,

I have a similar problem where I'm trying to move servers. I get everything done by following the post easyscp compleet importeren op andere server.

The problem I have is that I cannot login to the webmail with any user with the existing password. I've tried using telnet to both IMAP and POP3 and both fail. I've tried using authtest and this fails as well.

The server is Ubuntu 12.10 with EasySCP 1.1.14.

I will upgrade at a later stage but right now I need to move this server as my current one is failing. I've already tried all other avenues thats why I'm at this stage.

      PLEASE HELP!!
    • Hi,

what i mean is under /etc/easyscp/easyscp-keys.conf. This file and also the content of it musst be replaced on the destination server. Key/iv also resist in "EasySCP_Config_DB.php", and also the encryptet db passwort in "EasySCP_Config_DB.php" and "easyscp.conf" musst be replaced. Make sure you use the same db passwort on both systems to work.

After replace key/iv, you can save the current db, and import the full easyscp db from the old system. Then set all needed tables to "change" (see Post above), log in the panel and do every open request in the debugger. Now all data/passwords will be identically to the old server.
      Gruss
